Emergency Freight Clean Up

Fast response. Safe recovery. Minimal downtime.

When a trailer tips, a pallet collapses, or product breaks loose in transit, our on-call crews mobilize to contain the mess, recover salvageable freight, and make your lane safe to reopen. We work neatly, document thoroughly, and follow your site rules to the letter.

What We Handle

  • Shifted / collapsed loads inside trailers or containers
  • Spills & product breakage (dry goods, packaged foods, consumer goods)
  • Damaged pallets & toppled stacks requiring rebuild and rewrap
  • Roadside transfer assists (trailer-to-trailer or to warehouse)
  • Dock jams blocking doors or conveyors
  • Storm or impact incidents at yards, stores, or jobsites

We do not handle hazardous materials. For any HAZMAT needs, please coordinate with your certified vendor. Our team focuses exclusively on non-hazardous labor, including sorting, staging, and transfer as directed.

Services Included

  • Rapid crew dispatch during business hours and by appointment after hour.
  • Secure scene setup (cones/tape, safe work zones)
  • Sort & segregate: salvage vs. discard, SKU/PO separation
  • Pallet rebuilds to spec; re-wrap and banding
  • Light cleaning: sweeping, debris collection, dunnage consolidation
  • Photo documentation of exceptions and completed work
  • Transfer & staging: trailer-to-trailer, dock-to-staging, or cross-dock
  • Disposal coordination for non-hazardous waste as directed by client

Safety & Compliance

  • Job hazard assessment on arrival; team lift protocols
  • PPE compliance (hi-vis, gloves, safety footwear; masks per site policy)
  • Equipment check (load bars, straps, pallet jacks as available on site)
  • No-Hazmat policy: we do not remediate hazardous spills.

FAQs

Can you handle hazardous spills?
We do not handle or remediate hazardous materials. Our services are limited to non-hazardous labor tasks, such as sorting, staging, and transfer, performed under the direction of your certified HAZMAT vendor.
Do you bring equipment?
We bring standard manual-handling tools on request. If pallet jacks, wrap, bands, or dunnage are needed, we’ll stage them in advance or use site materials per policy.
How fast can you arrive?
Response depends on crew proximity, time of day, and access. We’ll give a realistic ETA when you call, then update you en route.
Will you dispose of damaged product?
We sort and stage. Disposal and hauling are coordinated per your policy and local regulations; we can assist in arranging non-haz waste removal.
Can you transfer freight to another trailer?
Yes—trailer-to-trailer or to a staging area, based on your carrier’s plan and on-site capacity.
Do you provide documentation for claims?
Yes. We capture before/after photos, counts, exception notes, and timestamps for your records.
